Camp Brimacombe’s New Referral Program for Summer 2027!

We have so many amazing Camp Brimacombe families who go out of their way to spread the word about our summer camp and encourage friends to register with them. As a thank you, we have a created a new referral program for Summer 2027.

Everytime you successfully refer a new family to Camp Brimacombe, you earn a $10 credit toward a future program!

How the Referral Program Works

Get a $10 credit for every new family you refer to Camp Brimacombe. Both your family (the “referring family”) and the new family (the “referred”) must register, pay in full and have a camper attend at least one full session in the same summer. There is no limit to how many referral fees you can earn!

At the end of the summer, we will contact each family who qualified as a “referring family” with your credit total so you know exactly how much you have to apply to a future season!

It’s easy! Just keep doing what you’ve been doing - sharing your family’s experiences at camp with family and friends and recommending they join your campers at camp next summer. This goes a long way. Hearing a family’s experience at a summer camp greatly influences where parents choose to send their children.

How to Refer a Family

  1. New families will be asked on their Camp Brimacombe Registration Form for the name of the referring family.

  2. Once we make sure everyone qualifies, we will apply a credit to the referring family’s account at the end of summer.

  3. That’s it!

Next Steps

To keep in mind:

  • To qualify as a referral, the referred family must be new to Camp Brimacombe.

  • Both the referring family and the referred have to register, pay in full, and attend at least one full camp session.

  • Once the newly referred Camp Brimacombe family registers, they are eligible for the benefits of the Referral Program as well!

What if they forgot to list us on their application form?

Have no fear! Just email us at summercamp@brimacombe.ca and let us know the name of the family you referred.

We will then follow up with the family to verify. Once confirmed, we’ll update our referral database.
